According to participants of the action, after depriving students of training bases and buildings the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia should have handed them sport complex “Karishkhala” and sports base “SKA” for training.

Beselia evaluates appointment of the public attorney to Irakli Okruashvili as illegal and states that the attorney had no right to attend the hearing as Okruashvili expressed distrust to her. Beselia also notes that the court could have made a decision on sentencing Okruashvili to two months of pre-trial detention without presence of the defense.
Beselia informed that the defense would appeal to the Strasbourg court regarding abolishment of the sentence on two months of pre-trial detention.
